Alya's 3rd fever

Just came back from HKL. Alya has been having this fever since Wednesday nite. Thought she's fine yesterday but the temperature shoot higher at midnite. And today, she had refused to eat anything at all, even her Tiger biscuits nor her choccy teddy biscuit. Alhamdulillah.. her intake of milk is very much consistent at every 4 hours as usual except for her night intake. She doesn't want to drink any milk at night and even drank half after being forced to. Yg malasnya nak force sbb nnti she might end up vomit it all back. And her cough is getting worse while there's a sign of flu as well.
Anyway, meeting a doctor really helps in soothing the parents. According to the dr, for any baby below 2 years old, they usually get fever about 5 to 7 times per year which brings to fever at every 2 months. These fevers' visits are crucial to develop child's immune system to face bigger and more dangerous virus attack in years to come. And baby has the capability to overcome the fever without taking any medicine (with a close monitoring, of course!).
Hearing this, my next question was, by then, when should the parents be worried?
1) When baby reached 38.5C and above. Once the baby reached 39C, quickly undress the baby and wipe her whole body with wet towel (sponging). This is to reduce the heat which can brings to sawan. You can also masukkan a specified capsule into the baby's butt.
2) If the baby became passive and refuse to eat nor drink his/her milk
3) Any fever of more than 5 days will definitely need dr's advice.
Let's just hope that by tonite, the fever won't come anymore so she can has the chance to join us for tomorrow's football match. Really eager to see how's her reaction at the stadium. But if the fever is still there tonite, seems like she had to leave at home with her maktok.
